Print Attendee Lists
Export lists as PDF or print them directly.
What gets printed
One fixed layout for the whole event
The print preview is not configurable, it always contains the same structure for the entire event, not selectable per individual module:
- A header with the product title and the event's ID.
- A "Veranstaltungsdetails" section with the date range, location(s) including any online access details, trainer(s) and the number of attendees.
- A module table listing every date, each with module, date, time, place and trainer.
- An attendee list with the columns No., first name, last name, email and an empty column for a signature.
"Veranstaltungsdetails" is this section's fixed German heading in the print preview, even though the admin area otherwise uses "Event" throughout.
Which attendees appear
Only confirmed attendees make it onto the list. Waitlisted, cancelled and rebooked attendees are not printed.
The labels on the printed list are fixed to German, regardless of the language your admin area is set to.
Opening and printing the list
Open the event and click the print icon at the top of the header. The same icon is also available on the event tiles on the dashboard.
planni shows the print preview. Check here whether any data is missing, such as a location that has not been assigned yet.
Choose between Print and PDF download. Print opens your browser's print dialog, the download builds a PDF right in the browser and downloads it automatically.
File name for the PDF download
The downloaded file is named automatically, with the event's ID, the first module's date and the product title, so you can tell several lists apart without renaming them.
When information is missing
No location or no attendees
If a module has no location, "Ort noch offen" (location not yet set) appears instead. If the event has no confirmed attendees yet, the list shows "Keine Teilnehmerdaten verfügbar" (no attendee data available), printing still works either way.
